Back in the mid-70s the FA wrote to all the league clubs and warned them of the impending danger of copyright theft. "Get yourselves a new logo, not just the coat of arms" they said, "think of the money you'll make from selling tat to the masses!".
Albion chose 'The Dolphins' as a nickname, and a badge was designed for official stationary and souvenirs etc.
The poor old dolphin didn't last too long, but this great logo is now back, bearing the TSLR name and wearing a strange little vest, just like it's original cousin.
